REA Group’s Annual Elevate Summit

Who they are: REA Group is a property and real estate digital advertising company hosting an annual summit for more than 1,000 attendees, including its top-performing brokers.

The brief: Presentation Studio was tasked with developing immersive visuals for the Elevate Summit’s plenary sessions and gala dinner, taking a cinematic, full-screen approach to fill the 14m x 3m LED backdrop wall with on-brand, atmospheric assets that reflected REA Group’s branding and purpose.

Our impact: We developed a storyboard based on the plenary’s run sheet, refining a series of designs that clearly communicated the keynote speakers and other events on the agenda. After the event, the gala dinner projections—brought to life with subtle, immersive animations—set the celebratory scene to spotlight the award winners and nominees and their achievements.
